We adhere to the principle of silence. If something is done well, the result will speak for itself. Most of our internal initiatives are not published or commented on. This is not secrecy, but a choice to do rather than show.

We avoid loud statements and measurements of ‘social impact’ – that’s not our language. Instead, we focus on three areas that truly shape responsibility
